Exciting Team Updates in Gwinner

We’re thrilled to share some exciting changes at our Gwinner location that strengthen our team and allow us to better serve our member-owners.

Ryan Johnson: Location Manager
Ryan has moved from Assistant Manager to Location Manager. In this new role, he will lead day-to-day operations, support our team, and ensure our member-owners continue to receive the high level of service they expect from Full Circle Ag.
 “What I’m most excited about in my new role is building strong relationships with growers and our locations and having the opportunity to work alongside such a talented team,” Ryan shared. “One of my favorite quotes is by Les Brown: ‘Life has no limitations; except the ones you create.’ I try to live by that every day.”

Brad Lien: Sales Agronomist
At the same time, Brad Lien, who previously served as both Location Manager and Sales Agronomist, will now focus entirely on a full-time Sales Agronomist role. This transition allows Brad to dedicate all his expertise to helping our customers optimize crop production and make the most of Full Circle Ag’s products and services.
“I’m most excited about my new sales role because it allows me to focus fully on meeting the needs of our current customers while also helping grow our business at Full Circle Ag,” Brad said. “This role gives me more time to be present at the farm gate and to connect with our member-owners, serving as a Trusted Advisor to support them in making important on-farm decisions within our cooperative system.”
